# Node License

## Overview

StratoVM Node License is a unique NFT that authenticates a node's eligibility to submit claims and earn rewards.

StratoVM Node License holders will be able to participate in the functioning of the StratoVM network by running a light node themselves or by using the one-click delegation setup to connect to the StratoVM sequencer allowing them to earn their **share of 25% of the $SVM tokens.**

Overall, the Node License is a key part of node operations and reward distributions in the StratoVM Network.

## Operating StratoVM Node

The process is straightforward:

\- Users buy an NFT (Node License).\
\- Users can “stake” the NFT to run the node.\
\- Users then start earning rewards in the protocol’s native token.

*Running a node will be very easy with a one-click setup. Users don’t need any specific hardware and can also choose to delegate their node with a simple click to earn rewards, so there’s no need to keep their device constantly active. It also works seamlessly on mobile, allowing users to stake their NFT with one click and start earning rewards. Alternatively, users can set up their own nodes. We will provide a tutorial on that.*

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.stratovm.io/node-operations/node-license.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
